Australia, like many other countries, has its significant educational structure which provides different levels of education at different places. Australia has its definitive Universities providing the whole gamut of courses which include Bachelors, Graduate Diplomas, Post-Graduation, Research Programs or PhDs. As an international student, you would be protected by Australian law under the Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2007 (National Code).
Requirements for admission to all programs are set by individual universities. However, the following are the primary requirements to be eligible to study in Australia:
- For undergraduate Programs:10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board or some similar institution with recommended marks in English language test.
- For Postgraduate Programs:The student needs to be a graduate from a recognized university with recommended marks in English language test
- For Diplomas: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized institution with recommended marks in English language test.
